The main portion of this block reminds me of paper lanterns hanging in the dark night sky.  I love the contrasts, and can’t wait to see how you put your creative touch on this pattern!

This pattern makes a 12×12″ block.  There are 2 options for this block – a traditional block format, or a fussy cut format (which my photos show)

Pattern includes printable paper templates to make either of the blocks shown; you only need glue, thread and fabric!
This pattern contains:
– A coloring page
– Printable templates for 2 methods of construction – either fussy cut, or a 12 x 12 format.
– Written instructions and piecing diagrams for ease of construction
